FOREIGN FUNDING.
The organization has very close ties with foreign governments. They receive funding from foreign governments and foreign organizations, including Palestinians. In some cases, the organization signed contracts to collect testimonies regarding IDF activity in exchange for the funding it received from those entities.
In addition, the organization maintains working relationships with Palestinian organizations. One of them is the PSCC, the body that coordinates the violent Palestinian demonstrations every week at several friction points with the IDF in Judea and Samaria. This raises concerns that classified military information could be transmitted to interested parties, friendly or hostile, outside of Israel by 'breaking the silence.
