The story of Ahad Tamimi, the Palestinian from the village of Nabi Saleh that hit the IDF officer in front of the camera, reflects the ongoing situation taking place in that village and other sites in Judea and Samaria, for over a decade.
This clearly indicates the integral role the Israeli activists play in their goal to delegitimize the existence of the State of Israel as a whole, and its control over Judea and Samaria in particular.
The weekly demonstrations in Nabi Saleh, near Neve Tzuf, In Kadum near Kedumim, and in Bilin and Neilin are components in this international front. Much effort and many resources have gone into the production by Israelis, Palestinians, and international foreign activists together with their regular camerapersons in the media; they produce propaganda material regularly for the global BDS campaign against Israel.
From the documentation that we have gathered over a long period, we note that the anarchists participating in the demonstrations are the ones organizing the demonstrations, using themselves as human shields between the rioters and the IDF soldiers, thus preventing the IDF soldiers from dispersing the protest and arresting Palestinian rioters. When the anarchists themselves are arrested, their pre-hired Israeli lawyers deal with their defense.
